My mug was delivered broken

My mug was delivered broken. The packaging isn't adequate for posting. It needs bubble wrap or foam pieces. I have tried to contact your company and signed up online but cannot find anywhere on website to ask for replacement. I have photographs but cannot upload. Please advise.
